Real Estate
Sale package: $1,000.00 (Plus HST)- For a transaction involving purchase price up to $ 1 Million. For a transaction involving purchase price above $ 1 Million, Fee to be Quoted
(Services include, review of Agreement of Purchase and Sale, preparation and review of documents regarding sale of the property, preparation and review of documents regarding discharge of mortgage, all correspondence and meetings). Charges are extra for all disbursements and clearing any liens or writs or executions, any application for deletion of any instrument, costs/charges for registration of discharge, extension of closing date.
Purchase: $1,450.00 (Plus HST)- For a transaction involving purchase price up to $ 1 Million. For a transaction involving purchase price above $ 1 Million, Fee to be Quoted
(Services include, reviewing of finalized Agreement of Purchase and Sale, preparation and review of documents regarding purchase of property, preparation and review of documents regarding first mortgage on the property, all correspondence and meetings). Charges are extra for all disbursements and services for any lien and writs/executions related clearance, costs/charges for registration of transfer and charge, land transfer tax and title insurance. Also, fee for reviewing Status Certificate etc. is extra.
Refinance (Institutional mortgage): $800.00 (Plus HST)-For a transaction involving principal amount up to $700,000.00. For a transaction involving principal amount above, $700,000.00- Fee to be Quoted
